Are you an
immigrant, have good knowledge of Norwegian and approved higher
education?
Global
Future Troms starts in May and we are now seeking candidates for the
program.
Global Futures is a career development program for immigrants with
higher education for further qualification to the relevant positions,
management positions and directorships in private and public sectors.
Global Future is to increase the supply of highly qualified workers and
help to increase diversity in the workplace.

The program
lasts for just over a year and day sessions will take place in Tromsø.
What's in the program?

Leadership of mentoring under the auspices of AFF (Solstrand
Program).
- 7.5
credits in the board competence Handeshøyskolen Management.

with Rhetorical Systems Institute AS
- In
addition, theme days,
management
knowledge and employment (Note that changes in the composition of
days / number of collections can occur.)
Who
can apply?
You are the
target audience for the project if you are an immigrant, have good
knowledge of Norwegian and higher education that is approved in Norway.
The primary
target group is immigrants.
Participants
seeking admission in NHO Troms Global Futures program, must be resident
in Troms.
How much
does it cost?
Your
participation is covered by the partnership behind the project.
You agree to
attend all sessions and to follow the academic program, which involves
daily sessions, meetings with mentors and meetings of the tutorials on
your free time during the program period.
Prior to any
recording of the Global Future, you must document that you and your
employer has determined that you can be away from work - if the
collections and work commitments coincide in time.
