بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Muslim Greatness/Dignity”

From principle and through education over many years, we have become proud of our faith and very proud that Allah (SWT) has guided us to Islam.

Allah (SWT) says: ” And most surely it is a reminder for you and your people, and you shall soon be questioned. ” Azzukhruf 44.

”This is truly a dignity for you”O Mohammed” and for those who follow you up until the Day of Resurrection”.

It is important to praise our self for belonging to Islam and the nation of Quran, for Allah (SWT) says: ”And be not infirm, and be not grieving, and you shall have the upper hand if you are believers. ” Aal Imran 139

We are on top with the following criterias:

Principle: For the Muslim principle has great importance

Quran: Perfect book, without faults and doubt

SANAD: We have Allah SWT as our Guardian

How can we be sad when Allah (SWT) is our Guardian, the Prophet (SAAW) is our leader, and Islam is our religion?

Dignity is not achieved by large properties, riches and many children, but by being sincere towards Allah (SWT), The One God of all between heaven and the earth, as well as been a person who believe and puts his trust in Allah (SWT).

The blind Abdullah abo omi maktoom came to the Prophet (SAAW) to ask him about this and that, but the Prophet (SAAW) was busy talking to the Qureish leaders whom he thought may become a Muslims, and he did not want to spoil the opportunity talking to them, so he showed the man away. Because of this, Allah (SWT) expressed dissapoitment over the treatment the Prophet (SAAW) gave the blind man. It led to the following Surah where Allah (SWT) says:

1 -He frowned and turned (his) back,

2- Because there came to him the blind man (interrupting).

3 -And what would make you know that he would purify himself,

4 -Or that he might receive admonition, and the teaching might profit him?

5- As to one who regards Himself as self-sufficient,

6- To him you attend,

Abasa.

Abdullah abo omi maktoom came back another time, and was well received by the Prophet (SAAW) with a hug, hospitality and the following words: Welcome to the one who made Allah (SWT) disappointed in my treatent towards you.

More about dignity

Omar Ibno Al-khatab (raa) came to Al-Qods with his army to receive the City keys after the City leaders surrended.

When he went forward, the people was speechless of the strength of the Muslim army, and Omar said «we are a people that Allah (SWT) valued with Islam».

Allah (SWT) will reduce us to losers if we believe we can get dignity outside Islam.

*****
Khalifa Hicham Ibno Abdo Almalik was at Hajj and while he did Tawaf he saw the famous scholar and charismatic Salem Ibno Abdullah who was also at Hajj.

Hicham asked: «Is there anything I can do for you?»

Salem: «Fear Allah, who else can I ask favors from other than Allah, when I am visiting His house». The Khalif blushed.

When Salem completed the Hajj, he was followed by the Khalif who again asked him if he needed anything, and he replied: «Is it something from earth life or something from the hereafter?»

Hisham answered by saying he could help with ordinary things, because he didn't have any power over the hereafter.

Then Salem said: «I swear by Allah who is the One God! There is no god besides Him, if I haven't asked about things from earth life from Him who own the whole lot, how can I ask you about it?»

*****

These persons are truly leaders of the faith Islam and educated by the Prophets (SAWS) Madrassa/school so they have become the best nation ever.

One advice to every Muslim who seek to uphold Islam and the Muslim knowledge in your own house is to teach your family about Islam and landmarks set by Islam, as well as praise the Prophet (SAAW), his Sunnah, the religion, Sahaba, and the Muslim nation (ummah).

We ask Allah (SWT) by His most beautiful names, to protect our faith that was delivered by our Prophet (SAAW) and which leads the mankind from darkness to light.

We ask Allah (SWT) for forgiveness. Ameen
