بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Muslims rights among other Muslims O Muslims. The conflicts among Muslims have increased considerably lately, and seeds of conflicts have developed between the Brotherhood. Returning to Allahs book, and the Sunnah, is a condition for this to end, the Brotherhood must find reconciliation based upon knowledge of mutual rights of Muslims. In this speech we will mention some of these important rights. These were also important goal settings for the Prophet (SAAW) as well as one of the goals that Islam is built upon. Unity of our hearts, gathering of the Muslims, and unity of our goals and direction. If this can't be reached, we truly have failed to recognize Islam as it should be recognized, and salvation is at loss, and we will not be deserving of calling ourself Muslims. Allah (SWT) told about the nation who was hostile, lost and living in darkness. Allah (SWT) united them by guiding them to Islam. Allah (SWT) says: ” And united their hearts; had you spent all that is in the earth, you could not have united their hearts, but Allah united them; surely He is Mighty, Wise. ” Alanfal 63. Honoured be He who united their hearts and made them form a union and that way carried on the message to humanity. Allah (SWT) advice us to be in community and warn us against dividing ourselfs, as this causes enmity and hatred. Allah (SWT) says: ”And hold fast by the covenant of Allah all together and be not disunited, and remember the favor of Allah on you when you were enemies, then He united your hearts so by His favor you became brethren; and you were on the brink of a pit of fire, then He saved you from it, thus does Allah make clear to you His communications that you may follow the right way. ” Aal Imran 103 Relation between the Muslim faith and Brotherhood Do you realize that you will neither reach accept or mercy from Allah (SWT) until you like for your Brother what you like for yourself. The Prophet (SAAW) said: ”By Allah, none of you will be rewarded with Paradise untill you believe, and none of you are believers until you like each other. Shall I not tell you about a Deed, and if you practice this you may like one another? Declare peace among you ” Abo Dawoud. Peace declaration happens with a sparkle in the eye, a smile and mighty hugs. Once hate and disunity is set between families and groups, it leads on to anger and disgruntlement. The Prophet (SAAW) said: ”Would you like to know what is better than fasting, prayer and charity? They said yes. He said: To conciliate between Muslims. Be careful and avoid conflicts among yourself, since this truly is a clean shaving. I don't mean head shaving, but shaving of faith”. Abu Dawood. Peaceful night sleeping can be almost impossible if the conscience is disturbed. The disturbance is established by hate and enmity among people. The treatment is easy. All needed is that each of us renew our faith. Abdullah ibn Umar (raa) told us: ”The Prophet (SAAW) and his companions (raa) were sitting in the Masjid. He (SAAW) said: ”A man will enter the Mosque, and he is one of those who have been guaranteed Paradise”. A man came in and did two rakaat before sitting down. This was repeated three days in a row with the same person. Abdullah ibn Umar (raa) was curious and wondered which deeds this man was practicing that guaranteed him a place in Paradise. Abdullah ibn Umar (raa) followed this man three days in a row to find out more, but didn't discover anything extrordinary with him. Abdullah ibn Umar (raa) said the following: ”I followed you three days in a row to find out what you practice, since the Prophet (SAAW) told us you are guaranteed a place in Paradise, but I can't see anything special about you”. The man replied: ” I swear by Allah who is God! There is no God except Him. I never go to bed until my heart is completly empty of all hatred and anger towards Muslims”. Subhan Allah, it didn't take much. With a little bit of such qualities we may enter Paradise.
We ask Allah (SWT) to grant us a
little of these qualities and guide us to Paradise. Ameen. Khutba by Sidi Mohamed Ould Cherif
