Islam Net has the pleasure of announcing Scandinavian Peace Conference
in Oslo, 27-29. Mach 2010. Don't miss out on this spectacular
Conference. All people are welcome to participate, regardless of
religion, nationality, or lifestyle. The Conference will take place at Sentrum Scene, Arbeidersamfunnets plass 1, Oslo, Norge.
The idea behind this Conference is to build bridges between Islam and
other religions and faith's. The organizer's intend to present Islam in
it's true way, and not as Western media has portrayed Islam in modern
times. The aim is to clear up some misconsept's about a peaceful
religion.
The Conferance will have four major lecturer's speaking on important
themes related to Islam and The West.
Islam Net will release the name of one lecturer for each month until the
Conference. So far we know that Abdur-Raheem Green will hold a lecture
called Do Good
People go to Hell? as well asIslam – The True Religion of God?
Another lecturer released so far is Dr. Ali M. Saalih. We are exited to
find out who the last two lecturer's are during the next few weeks to
come.
The Nasheed
artist Kamal Uddin, who also is Imam, Hafiz, and Haji. He is multi
talented, and in 2008 he wan the GPUs Nasheed-Competition with the
beatiful Nasheed: His Name is Muhammed. Kamal Uddin is also world known
for his beautiful recitation og Surah Arrahman.
At the Peace Conference Scandinavia he will recite from the Holy Quran,
lead the prayer with Surah Arrahman, as well as giving a free of charge
Nasheed Consert.
